Scalloped Potatoes

Merry almost Christmas!  Now is the time to make hearty meals everyone eats around the table together!  Here is one we did this past week.  I love making potatoes and the cheese helps too.  I hope you enjoy your Christmas vacation.  It is certainly nice to get away from school and tests, and whatever! 🙂 Here is the recipe: Ingredients: 15 Potatoes 2 Onions Salt Pepper Garlic Cheddar Cheese 3 (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup Directions: Cut the potatoes into very thin slices (I cut three potatoes at a time and then put them in the microwave for thirty seconds, repeating with all fifteen.  Yup, it takes a while doing it in shifts, but it cuts the cooking time in half at least.) Cut the onions.  Layer in large pan in order: potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, garlic and cheddar cheese. ( I did three-four layers.) Top with cheese and cook for one 1/2 hours on 375. Take it out of the oven and add the cream of mushroom soup and mix well. Put back in the oven for another 30-40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Enjoy! ~Kloé Sundberg ♫
